We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 1 night, nonetheless everything was really good. The room suited the needs, a nice size and air conditioned. The staff served milk, eggs, breads, and cheese for breakfast. The breakfast was freshly cooked, we would have extended the stay.

When we arrived late in the evening, exhausted from a rescheduled flight, they provided a small desk fan to cool our room. The attention to detail and effort to make us feel comfortable was truly commendable. Despite the minor inconvenience of the fan, our overall experience at Gaia Hotel Basel was exceptional. The cleanliness and modern decor of the room, coupled with the delicious breakfast spread, made our stay truly enjoyable. We felt welcomed and cared for throughout our time at the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and memorable stay in Basel.

Location just off near the Central Station and all public transports, including the airport bus. Huge, fashionable room with bathroom, a wonderful breakfast plus the latest design sparklingly clean fixtures, and fantastic location. Smooth check-in, late check-out, incredibly welcoming staff.

It was a very clean and nice hotel. Staff was friendly at any time. It's also very central in town. Everything is nearby.

The bathroom was a bit too small, but to be precise... the shower was really big but you couldn't stretch your legs when sitting on the toilet.

The staff at Gaia Hotel Basel was really helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We loved how bright our room was, as it brought in lots of natural light. The amenities provided, including satellite television, central heating, and a personal safe, were great additions to our stay. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to Subway Bahnhof Sbb made it convenient for us to grab lunch nearby.
